Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Fun Finder account and associated data from inside the app.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes your account access and is intended to remove your profile, uploaded photos, hides, finds, private hunts, memberships, awards, and leaderboard history.

Delete immediately in the app

  1. Sign in to Fun Finder Treasure Hunt.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Scroll to Delete account & data.
  4. Choose Delete my account forever.
  5. Read and accept both confirmation messages.

The app signs you out when deletion succeeds.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@funfindertreasurehunt.com from the email address connected to the account. Use the subject “Fun Finder account deletion request” and include the public username. Do not send your password.

We may need to verify account ownership. Verified requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to limited information that may need to be retained for legal obligations, safety investigations, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

What happens to shared activity?

Your personal account data and your owned hides are removed. A treasure another player owns may be marked removed when its only verified find was tied to your deleted account. Content independently created and owned by another player remains theirs. Safety or legal records may be retained only as reasonably necessary.
